PROVINCIAL COUNCIL-SOUTHERN PROVINCE FINANCE (SUPPLEMENTARY PROVISIONS) STATUTE OF THE SOUTHERN PROVINCE No. 02 OF 1994.

Order under Section 9(1)

BY virtue of the power vested in me by Section 9(1) of the Finance (Supplementary Provisions) Statute of the Southern Provincial Council No. 02 of 1994,I Hewa Gampalage Sirisena, Chief Minister and the Minister of Finance of the Southern Provincial Council do, by this order amend by deleting the rales of mineral tax imposed in the Order under Section 9(1) published in the Gazette Extraordinary No. 1,121 of 25th February. 2000 and substituting thereof, the new rates given below:-

Mineral Tax -0.5% of the gross turn overvalue.
